Contact Reception for Urgent Appointments

Access the Online Consultation Form for self service patient Triage – (Non-Urgent requests, admin queries, medical requests and medical advise) is available via the NHS app by clicking here or on the image above.

We are now moving to Total online triage

By using an online consultation system request that is received before 2pm will be dealt with on the day. Any received after this will be the next day.

Prioritising care based on patients need rather than on a first come, first served basis. Thus ensuring equity of access for digital and non digital users.

Face to face care will always remain available when clinically appropriate.

non-digital users may be supported by carers or are taken through the same online form or a short template by Reception staff over the telephone or in person (with some agreed exceptions for example, vulnerable patients)
