We have moved to Total Online Triage

Non-digital users may be supported by Carers or are taken through the same online form or a short template by Reception staff over the telephone or in person (with some agreed exceptions for example, vulnerable patients)

Prioritising care based on patients needs rather than on a first come, first served basis. This will ensure equity of access for digital and non digital users.

This is more efficient and beneficial as this frees up waiting times on the telephone for patients who cannot or choose not to go online.

Face to face care will always remain available when clinically appropriate.
